Saturday marked the end of September and the end of the first month of competition at iHigh as voting closed for the Spittin 16 Competition. The results of the voting are in and Cleveland rapper Scheme D has come out on top, taking home a huge prize package that includes $500 cash and a truckload of gear, reading material, and clothing. These are the first prizes handed out for an iHigh competition so it is a big deal for us, a milestone on the journey we've taken since launching and a major mark of progress in our quest to become the most competitive internet community out there. Spittin 16 was launched at this years Scribble Jam in Cincinnati, Ohio. More than 80 aspiring emcees submitted entries and thousands more voted to crown Scheme D the winner. Scheme D is a Cleveland original, recently with the group Numinous and heavily influenced by fellow Cleveland natives Bone Thugs N Harmony. With his victory in the Spittin 16 Competition he's now gone global, finding new fans from all over the map. Scheme D will go down as the first in a long line of iHigh users who have won big on the site.
